🎯 Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or related fields from a reputable university (Master’s Degree is a plus)
Minimum 7 years of experience in treasury, finance, and/or oil and gas upstream sector
Strong understanding of treasury, financial reporting, accounting, and asset management
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
Highly organized, self-initiated, professional, and detail-oriented
