📢 We’re Hiring: HR GA Compliance Manager (Immediate Joiner Preferred)
📍 Penempatan: South Jakarta – Indonesia Representative Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee HR, Corporate Administration, and Compliance functions.
- Develop, review, and improve HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with regulations.
- Ensure smooth payroll processing, employee engagement, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, providing HR advisory support.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities on compliance matters.
- Manage corporate licenses, documentation, and support ISO certification standards.
- Supervise HR sub-functions: Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Law, or related fields.
- 5–10 years’ experience in HR & Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of local labor law & PPH21.
- HR Certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong leadership skills.
- Preferably has experience in a construction company for at least 3 years.
