Lowongan HR Payroll - PT IMECON TEKNINDO Karawang
PT IMECON TEKNINDO is looking for an HR Payroll to join our branch office team in Karawang.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and manage employee attendance and payroll data
- Handle payroll transactions including BPJS, tax, and other related matters
- Work with HRIS/system for payroll processing
- Prepare and deliver monthly payroll reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Accounting, or related fields)
- 2–3 years of proven experience as HR Payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
